Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable
- Non-returnable items include:
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products returned after 7 days
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is defectiveor incorrect.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
- Items are defective upon arrival
- Incorrect items were sent
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
