Shipping policy
KIN & PAW currently ships within Singapore only. We’re working on expanding to international shipping in future phases.
1) Shipping Rates
- Standard Tracked Delivery (2–4 business days): SGD 3.50
- Free Shipping (Orders SGD 70): Automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal meets the minimum spend.
All prices are in SGD.
2) Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays).
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. During peak periods (e.g., major sale events), processing may take slightly longer.
3) Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.
Please note delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, peak periods).
4) Tracking
All orders shipped via Standard Tracked Delivery include tracking.

5) Delivery Details & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
